WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT A PROSTHODONTIST?
True prosthodonists are a rare breed. There are about three dozen or so in Washington State, three in the Spokane area -- and only two of those are licensed Prosthodonists. For more than 25 years, Ray Erickson, D.D.S., M.S., has been proud to be a licensed Prosthodonist in Spokane. It is a specialty that is not easily come by. To be a full-fledged, licensed Prosthodonist, a Doctor of Dentistry (D.D.S.) undertakes an additional, intense, two-year graduate course to achieve a Master of Science degree in Prosthodontics.
